The headphones were marked as compatible with pc. I checked on information pictures and it showed a USB conecter as well as headphone socket. On arrival the headphones worked but not microphone as there was only a headphone jack. Wanted to return but had to pay for return postage. Not happy as description was incorrect

Arrived broken, wanting to return… seller is now ignoring my message and won’t give me a return address to return and receive a refund. DO NOT BUY!!!!

There are at least 2 other like ads, all making it clear, there are two straps in the set; all except this one. When asked about this, the response was to send the photo. That was not an answer. Finally I received a "Yes". I would have purchased from one of the others but they were more expensive and the cheapest was collection and not immediately available. Items not yet tested.
